With our Loyalty Program, you earn points every time you make a purchase, with no additional cost to you. Those points turn into real savings you can use toward future treatments.
How it works:
• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services
• Earn ½ point for every $1 spent on products
• Every 1,000 points = $15 off your next product or service

At checkout, our front desk team will review your available balance and invite you to either earn or redeem points during your visit. Points may be earned or redeemed in a single transaction — not both. If you choose to redeem, your reward will be applied directly to your total.

Yes. Please bring your physical loyalty card so we can swipe it and ensure your points are tracked accurately.

Points cannot be added or redeemed without your card present. If you happen to forget it at home, you may text us a photo of your card so we can manually add your points for that visit.

Please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll issue you a replacement card so you can continue enjoying your rewards. If your original card is later found, we’re happy to merge the balances.

Yes — points may be applied toward eligible services and retail products at checkout.

Loyalty rewards may be used alongside Alle, Aspire, and Xperience+ points. Points may also be redeemed on event specials; however, points cannot be earned on those promotional purchases.

Points may only be earned or redeemed during a single visit. Our team is always happy to help you decide which option offers the greatest long-term benefit.

Loyalty cards and rewards are non-transferable and reserved for individual use.

Bring your loyalty card to your appointment and we’ll review your balance for you. You may also call or text us, simply have your card available so we can reference your card number.
